PG&E TIER 2 REPORTING

PG&E is committed to building an inclusive supply chain that helps us deliver safe, affordable, and clean energy to our customers and communities. This commitment to an inclusive supply chain supports PG&E’s corporate values and enhances the quality of service to our customers. As a utility regulated by the California Public Utilities Commission, PG&E is expected to make a good faith effort to comply with General Order 156, which governs the development of programs designed to enhance equity of opportunity amongst suppliers. To help us meet the objectives of this executive order, you are encouraged to report any subcontractors and suppliers involved in PG&E work, regardless of classification.

PG&E encourages suppliers participating in our Tier 2 Program to submit monthly reports detailing payments to subcontractors.

Submit My Tier 2 Report

If you do not have Supplier.io login credentials to report your subcontractor (Tier 2) payments, please register for an upcoming Prime Supplier Academy webinar to learn how to obtain your login credentials and how to properly report Tier 2 payments. An hour-long webinar is offered at 10:00 am PT on the first Tuesday of every month – see our events calendar for upcoming sessions and links to register.

We are focused on long-term economic resilience and inclusive growth within the communities we serve. We encourage you to develop strong supply chains within your own organizations, ones that reflect the values and excellence we strive for at PG&E.
